Exceptional
Disappointing Customer Service Experience
- Was there anything you didn't like?No usb port for charging my phone. I only have a USB cable with me, as I normally don’t carry a wall charger since having USB ports available is very common nowadays. I went down to the hotel front desk to ask if they had a charger I could borrow, which I believe is a reasonable request for a hotel. Unfortunately, they did not have one available. The receptionist responded with a rather dismissive attitude, simply stating that some rooms have USB ports and others do not. When I asked how I was supposed to charge my phone, she replied, “With your wall adapter, but you didn’t bring it.” I found the response unhelpful and lacking basic customer service.
